This notice explains what data we process when you use the GAJGER website, open a demo or contact us.

Data we may process

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, business, contact details and enquiry. Hosting services may record standard technical logs such as IP address, access time, browser and requested URL for operation and security.

Demo measurement

A vertical demo can send an event to our /api/event endpoint only when the URL contains a valid measurement token. The frontend then sends the token, a random session ID created only in page memory, the selected industry/scenario and CTA event. The current build does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or document.cookie for this measurement and does not ask you to enter real customer data.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiries to respond and take steps you request before a possible business relationship, where applicable, and for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website. Electronic marketing messages are sent only where permitted by applicable ePrivacy/GDPR rules; a publicly visible email address is not treated by itself as marketing consent.

Recipients and external services

Hosting and email providers may process data to the extent needed to provide their services. If you choose WhatsApp, the message opens in the WhatsApp/Meta environment and their privacy rules apply to that channel.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. We may keep a minimal suppression record for as long as needed to respect an opt-out and avoid sending unwanted marketing again.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Send requests to kruno.gajger@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and similar technologies

This build does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. If we later introduce technology that stores or reads information on your device and is not strictly necessary, we will seek the appropriate consent before use and update this notice.

Sale of data

We do not sell personal data.
